I recommend Volvo of Newfoundland
I've had my Volvo there twice for service so far. Steve (Service Manager) and Mike (Service Rep) have always been more than helpful resolving any issues I've had. To my knowledge, the techs have always treated my vehicle well and it hasn't come back with grease stains, scratches, or scuffed door sills. I've also dealt with Brad Burness from sales who has always treated me well. Everyone there seems professional and knowledgeable.
While in for service during my most recent visit. I noticed when I got my Key back it had some damage. Steve respond to my email right away and said he'd take care of it. Even tho it shouldn't have happened, I'm pleased Steve is resolving the issue fast, and without hassle.
From my brief experience, a top-notch bunch who will take care of you. I would recommend Volvo of Newfoundland.
