I ordered a custom Range Rover Velar, and from start to finish they provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the entire process.
When my vehicle had not yet arrived and I needed transportation, they went above and beyond by arranging a loaner vehicle for me, which made the wait much easier.
Once my Velar arrived, they took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle’s features and made sure I was comfortable using everything before I drove away.

Just completed a service check at Volvo of NL. I have been going there exclusively from the time I bought my first Volvo about 10 years ago. The staff are professional and courteous, prompt in their communications with me and they conduct safety checks on my vehicle at each service. They spotted a few minor issues during this check and let me know that I did not need my brakes done this time! Service appointments are easy to make as well as having a convenient online payment system. Volvo can be proud to have qualified, reliable and dependable staff at this dealership. Oh! And my car is returned to me having been detailed! A nice touch. 👌
